The Nyholm is a classic Swedish style designed to suit a narrow plot. It’s a design to suit modern tastes with either side of the house a different size and height, giving it an interesting shape and the timber external boarding is reminiscent of UK southern coastal architecture. It is a three bedroom layout in conventional style, with living rooms downstairs and sleeping on the first floor. The ground floor rooms comprise an entrance hall with utility room and shower room/WC, kitchen/diner, formal dining room and living room, with two doors to the garden from the side and rear of the house. Upstairs there are a double and two single bedrooms, family bathroom and a common room for quiet reading or study.
